The present conditions are intended to define the General Conditions of Sale between Snuggies and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by Snuggies , such as payment methods and delivery conditions for orders.
ORDERS
The User can place his order online at www.mysnuggies.com. DELIVERY
● For addresses in mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery is made in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch of the order.
● Azores and Madeira: Delivery made between 5 to 10 working days (after dispatch).
● Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Cyprus, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden delivery is made between 3 to 4 work days (after dispatch).
● Balearic and Canary Islands: Delivery between 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch).
PAYMENT
Snuggies has different payment methods at your disposal: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Mbway and PayPal.
PRICE POLICY
Prices must be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. Snuggies reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 20 days after your purchase to exchange / return an item by registered mail to Be My Snuggies, Lda.

The refund will be processed after receiving the returned items and respective evaluation by the Quality Department using the same payment method used when purchasing.
Snuggies does not take care of shipping costs when returning or exchanging items, even if the purchase was made during a freeshipping campaign.
