We work hard to ensure that our snuggies are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your socks.

We recommend you to cold wash your snuggies up until 15 minutes and to not put them on the dryer. Don’t leave them close to a radiator or heater and do the drying at room temperature.

Don’t use cleaning products that include chemicals or bleach and don’t scrub intensively with hard bristle brushes. This can seriously damage the materials used in the models.

Important: When putting on your brand new pair of Snuggies, please take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this will damage the socks.

You don’t need an account to place your order. However, having an account may save you some time, once your personal data will be safely stored for future purchases.

Click on the shopping bag icon, in the top right corner of any page. From there, you can manage your bag’s content:
● To change the product’s size click below on “Edit”.
● To remove a product click below on “Delete”.
● To change the quantity of a product click in the quantity box and select the amount you want to order.

Snuggies's online store has been developed so that you can easily and quickly find and buy the products you are looking for.

All you need to buy from snuggies:
- Browse the online store or search the top right-hand bar for the product you are looking for;
- Add the product or several products to the cart. You can also buy the products in
packs, to have a single shipment and reduce your carbon footprint;
- Then enter the shopping cart;
- Login or register — if you are already logged in you will be redirected to the purchase page;
- If you prefer, you can make a purchase without registration. We would love to have
you become our customer but we know that you may not be ready for it yet. So we are happy for you to make a purchase, even if you don't register;
- Enter your address and choose the shipping method;
- Select the payment method that's most convenient for you;
- Confirm and finalise the purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that the products
are reserved for you. As soon as we ship, you will receive another email with
detailed information, including the carrier's tracking code.

After that, just wait for your order to arrive!

You will receive an email confirming your order at the moment of its processing.

Usually, you will receive emails with the following information: 
- Confirmation that we have received your order successfully and that we’re awaiting its payment;
- Confirmation of the order payment including its details;
- Confirmation of its despatch to the shipping company.
- Confirmation of the order’s shipping.

When the shipping company receives your order, you will get an e-mail explaining how you can track it.

Any order can be cancelled during the following hour. However, we don’t have the option to change, for example, the quantity, the size, the color or the personal data.

Before finishing the placement of your order, verify if you have inserted the correct information. Better than that, you can create an account and save your data for future purchases. We will also be able to verify your recent orders once you log in.

We’re sorry that your order has been cancelled. However, it’s difficult for us to give you a specific reason that justifies that. If your order, or part of it, was cancelled, we recommend you to place your order again and, in the meantime, we will give you a refund of the cancelled products. In case you haven’t done that, all you have to do is unmark the box that says “Send to a different address?” and then insert the correct billing info.

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and payment details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

Yes, you will receive an invoice in your email.

All orders are shipped with standard postal services from our warehouse in Portugal. The delivery time depends on the destination country. Snuggies works according to the portuguese calendar. By ordering, please consider that it won’t be possible to make shipments on weekends and holidays.

In mainland Portugal and Spain, deliveries are made by Correos Express; for other countries deliveries are made by UPS and DPD.

Yes, that is possible. Before your order is delivered you will be reached by the shipping company. In case you can’t receive it, you can indicate it to the courier as well as the details of delivery of your preference.

You can find the estimated delivery time on our FAQs. Please allow for the estimated delivery time plus a few extra business days (Mon-Fri) to pass. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, it is most likely just a bit delayed but will still arrive within the next couple of days. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than five business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us (hello@mysnuggies.com) so we can help you further.

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, get in touch with us and we will help you with all the return/exchange and refund process.

If, by chance, you do not receive all the items you ordered, you must notify us within 5 working days after receiving the order at the indicated address. snuggies does not guarantee the follow-up of contacts made after this period of time.

Due to the importance of hygienic handling of snuggies, you can only Exchange or return a product if it has the label and is intact, as well as its package and accessories. If you wish to return the snuggies, you won’t be able to wear or soil them.

Snuggies reserves the right of rejecting snuggies that aren’t in the same conditions as they were sent or that aren’t according to our returns policy. Also, we can hold the refund until we receive the merchandise or until we receive proof of
its shipment.

Exchanges can be made by size, color or model and are subject to stock available at the time we receive the return.

There are no exchanges or returns of personalized items.

After receiving your snuggies, you can exchange or return your oreder up to 20 working days to, as long as the products maintain their original characteristics and
have no signs of use.

To make an exchange or a return you just have to fill the form Returns & Exchange with your order number and your e-mail or phone number.

For exchanges:
You will be contacted by our team to schedule the collection. For deliveries in Portugal and Spain, the exchange costs €5 for each order. To exchange orders sent to the rest of Europe, the return costs are paid by the customer, but Snuggies guarantees the payment of the second shipment.
As soon as we receive the product, we will ship the new requested product.

NOTE: The exchange can be made by size, color or model and is subject to the stock available at the time we receive the return.

For returns:
You also will be contacted by our team to schedule the collection. The product must be packaged so as not to damage the original box. The return cost is equal to the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable in cases where shipping costs have been applied.

NOTE: If the returned items show signs of use, snuggies reserves the right not to accept the exchange.

Once you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges.

You can return the products you have bought from www.mysnuggies.com and get a full refund within 20 days of receiving them.

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a refund within 14 business days. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

We’re sorry that you received a product with defect. In this kind of situations you won’t have to pay the return. Just follow these steps:

1. Subject of the email: ”Complaint # 1001” (after the cardinal, put your order number).
2. Attached: 2 or 3 clear photographs that clearly show the problem encountered in the
product.
3. Email text: describe in detail the problem encountered.
