Do I need to create an account to buy from your online shop?

You don’t need an account to place your order. However, having an account may save you some time, once your personal data will be safely stored for future purchases.

How do I manage the content of my shopping bag?

Click on the shopping bag icon, in the top right corner of any page. From there, you can manage your bag’s content:

  • To change the product’s size click below on “Edit”.
  • To remove a product click below on “Delete”.
  • To change the quantity of a product click in the quantity box and select the amount you want to order.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive an email confirming your order at the moment of its processing.

What emails will I receive regarding my order?

Usually, you will receive emails with the following information: 

  • Confirmation that we have received your order successfully and that we’re awaiting its payment;
  • Confirmation of the order payment including its details;
  • Confirmation of its despatch to the shipping company.
  • Confirmation of the order’s shipping.

How can I track my order?

When the shipping company receives your order, you will get an e-mail explaining how you can track it.

How can I verify the status of my order if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

If you have placed your order with an account, click the “profile” icon in the top right corner and you will find the status of your order in “Orders”. If you haven’t created an account, please contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Any order can be cancelled during the following hour. However, we don’t have the option to change, for example, the quantity, the size, the color or the personal data.

How can I be sure that I will receive the confirmation email the next time?

  • Before finishing the placement of your order, verify if you have inserted the correct information. Better than that, you can create an account and save your data for future purchases. We will also be able to verify your recent orders once you log in. .

Why was my order cancelled?

  • We’re sorry that your order has been cancelled. However, it’s difficult for us to give you a specific reason that justifies that. If your order, or part of it, was cancelled, we recommend you to place your order again and, in the meantime, we will give you a refund of the cancelled products. Why can't I find my order in my order history?

It’s possible that you’ve placed your order as a guest user. In this case, the order isn’t associated with any account. 



What is the delivery time and cost?

Due to COVID-19 we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place, so please be aware that your order might therefore take longer to arrive.

All orders are shipped with standard postal services from our warehouse in Portugal. The delivery time depends on the destination country. Snuggies works according to the portuguese calendar. By ordering, please consider that it won’t be possible to make shipments on weekends and holidays.

If I missed the delivery of my package can I book a redelivery?

Yes, that is possible. Before your order is delivered you will be reached by the shipping company. In case you can’t receive it, you can indicate it to the courier as well as the details of delivery of your preference.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Due to COVID-19 we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place, so please be aware that your order might therefore take longer to arrive.

You can find the estimated delivery time on our FAQs. Please allow for the estimated delivery time plus a few extra business days (Mon-Fri) to pass. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, it is most likely just a bit delayed but will still arrive within the next couple of days. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than five business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, get in touch with us and we will help you with all the return/exchange and refund process.

Can I exchange or return my product?

Due to the importance of hygienic handling of snuggies, you can only return a product if it has the label and is intact, as well as its package and accessories. If you wish to return the snuggies, you won’t be able to wear or soil them.

Snuggies reserves the right of rejecting snuggies that aren’t in the same conditions as they were sent or that aren’t according to our returns policy. Also, we can hold the refund until we receive the merchandise or until we receive proof of its shipment.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

What emails will I receive regarding my order?

If you place a return, we will sent you the following e-mails:

  • Confirmations of your request submission. 
  • Approval or denial of your return request.
  • Confirmation your your refund.

How much does it cost to return a product?

The cost of returns are the same as the shipping costs.

How do I return or exchange my products?

After receiving your snuggies, you will have 20 business days to ask for its return. To start the process, log in at and go to your profile. Go to “orders” and click in “returns and exchanges” in front of the item you’re interested in and, afterwards, you must indicated the reason of that operation. Later on we will reach you with more information, so that you can place your return.

If you have any question regarding the process, please contact us through In the momment that we receive your return, we will process your request and give you feedback soon enough, through a refund confirmation e-mail.

Please be aware that snuggies doesn’t cover the shipping costs of returns and doesn’t hold responsible for lost products during shipment. The items must be returned in the box they were sent, with tags intact and respective accessories.

Will I get a refund on my shipping costs if I return my product?

Once you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges.

How many days do I have to return my order?

You can return the products you have bought from and get a full refund within 20 days of receiving them.

When will I get my refund after I return my order?

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a refund within 14 business days. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

Will I pay the cost of shipment for a return which reason is a defect in the snuggies I ordered?

We’re sorry that you received a product with defect. In this kind of situations you won’t have to pay the return. Send us a picture so that we can exchange or return the product.

I used the snuggies a couple of times, mas I figured that they aren’t the best size for me. Can I return them?

The snuggies are similar to underwear, since they are used in direct contact with the skin. For that reason, we can only accept unused pairs. To avoid this kind of situation, please make sure that you analyse our size guide to choose the right fit for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and PayPal.

Can my delivery and billing address be different?

Yes, that is possible. You can edit that data in Account – Address. 

In case you haven’t done that, all you have to do is unmark the box that says “Send to a different address?” and then insert the correct billing info.

Will I receive a copy of my invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice in your email.

How can I create an account?

Click on the “profile” icon and create your account. Afterwards, you can log in and add the remaining personal data.

How do I reset my account’s password?

Go to your account and, then, to “Account Details” and you will be able to reset your password. 

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account you will have to send an email to  with your request so that we can do that operation manually. 

How can I sign up for Snuggies’ newsletter?

Go to and scroll until the bottom of the Home page, fill in the form according to your preferences and submit.

What can I do to stop receiving the newsletter or other promotions by Snuggies?

Click on the message located at the footer of the last newsletter you received. 

How should I clean my Snuggies?

We work hard to ensure that our snuggies are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your socks.

We recommend you to cold wash your snuggies up until 15 minutes and to not put them on the dryer. Don’t leave them close to a radiator or heater and do the drying at room temperature.

Don’t use cleaning products that include chemicals or bleach and don’t scrub intensively with hard bristle brushes. This can seriously damage the materials used in the models.

Important: When putting on your brand new pair of Snuggies, please take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this will damage the socks.

Which materials are used on Snuggies?

You can find the materials we use in our models in each product’s page. To know more about our ecology policy we can access the page “Sustainability” or, if you have any doubts that we weren’t able to clarify through this info, please contact us.

Which size should I choose if I usually wear an intermediate number?

At the moment we only sell integer numbers. However, if you wear a size in between two numbers, you can access our size guide in all our product pages to figure which option is best for you.

Where can I submit a recommendation or a complaint?

Please let us know by WhatsApp, social media or email if there’s anything about our service or products that you have enjoyed or that made you feel unsatisfied.
